Cancelling
Cancelling a monthly plan is one click in Settings, with no questions and no retention offers. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. You can pause instead of cancelling. The 90-day pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Your 14-day cooling-off right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from purchase to change your mind about a digital service. Email within 14 days of any purchase and we will refund it in full, even though you may have started using the service. We think this is the only decent way to sell something to people who are grieving.
If something went wrong
Duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or a service fault: email and we will put it right. If you stop using Still Here for around two months while subscribed, we will email you and offer to pause the plan, because we would rather you not pay for something you are not using.
How refunds arrive
Refunds are issued by our payment provider to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
